CTS - Foods
The goal of the Foods program is to develop an interest in the broad base of food in such a way that students are motivated to continue practicing and learning about foods. As well, the student will develop an awareness of the nutritional importance of food and its role in physical maintenance and well being. Through the development of basic knowledge, skill and attitude, the student will prepare a variety of foods in order to lead a richer, more fulfilled life and/or to enter the food service industry with increased confidence and success.
